One Pass & Done Multi-Functional Sawmill for 3-11" logs

• Our calculations show that 3 men crew can produce on LogRipper-200XP between 5 and 10 MFBM of milled products per work shift.

• The actual productivity depends on:

  • • milled log diameter, product profile, feeding speed, species, infrastructure, crew, etc.

• What we hear from our clients: 

  • 1 man: 1,500-3,000 BFM/Workshift;

  • 3 men crew: 4,000-10,000 BFM/Workshift;

  • Larger Diameter Input Logs + Larger Profile + Good crew = Greater BFM per shift.

• Each LogRipper-200XP systems comes with set of spacers to go between the saw-blades.
  The distance between the saw-blades = board thickness.

• The operator can adjust the width between the cutters on the fly from log to log.
  The width between the cutters = width of the final product.

Each LogRipper-200XP systems comes with:

• Motorized Log In-feed with Manual LogTurner,   · Laser Beams;     · Out-feed roll table;

• The Sawmill;     · 2 sets of Tooling;     · Spare parts kit;     · 15HP (11KW) VAC system;
